Baby Shower Ideas

Have you bobbed for apples during Halloween? This game is based on the same premise. Guests are each given a bowl of water and five pacifiers. Guests place their hands behind their backs and "bob" for the pacifiers. The first guest to take out all five pacifiers wins!

This is a silly one to lighten the mood! First, guests are given an egg and paint. The guests are asked to decorate the egg as a "baby". Guests place the egg "baby" in a spoon and race from point A to point B. Whoever reaches the finish line first without dropping the "baby" wins!​

Divide the guests into teams of four or five. One member of each team blows up a balloon and places it under his or her shirt. Once complete, the next team member does the same. Once all team members have placed a balloon under their shirts, the first one pops his or her balloon, followed by the others. The first team to pop all balloons wins!

This great game will reveal the winner only after your baby is born! During the baby shower, guests will each write down their prediction for the baby's birthdate. After the baby is born, remember to give a prize to the guest who comes the closest!

Divide the guests into equal teams. Each person takes turns using a wipe and "diapering" a toy doll or stuffed animal. The team that completes the challenge first wins!

Guests are given a safety pin upon arrival which they pin on their clothes. Each time they use the word "baby", they are at risk of giving up their pin to the guest who calls them out. The guest who has the most pins at the end of the baby shower wins!
